Tech Fit
Professional fitting recommended – may affect returns
These products require more advanced installation and are best handled by a qualified locksmith or experienced technician. Incorrect fitting may cause damage and could affect your right to return the product. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a professional.
How do I place an order?
Browse our product pages, select the items you need, choose your preferred delivery or Click & Collect option at checkout, then enter your payment and contact details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal and BACS bank transfers.
Do I need an account to shop?
No – guest checkout is available. Creating an account gives you order history, faster checkout and the option to save multiple delivery addresses.
How can I track my order?
Check your order status on our Track My Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can amend or cancel within 15 minutes of placing it by calling us on 0161 485 2450. After that, we begin processing and it may be dispatched immediately.
How can I get product advice?
Our product pages include detailed specs, and you can chat live or call 0161 485 2450 during opening hours for expert guidance.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship to UK mainland only. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and our checkout is PCI DSS-compliant to keep your data safe.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter your voucher code in the “Promo Code” box at checkout and click Apply. The discount will adjust your order total immediately.
What if an item is out of stock?
Our site shows live stock levels. If an item is unavailable, you can sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page.
Can I collect VAT-free?
VAT-exemption applies to qualifying charities and certain businesses. Please contact us before ordering to arrange a VAT-exempt purchase.

How quickly can I collect my order?
All Click & Collect items are ready within 30 minutes of order placement—simply wait for your “Order Ready” email or SMS.
Is Click & Collect free?
Yes – there are no collection fees when you choose Click & Collect from our Stockport depot.
What are your opening hours?

Do I need to bring ID or order confirmation?
Please have your order number (printed or on your phone) to hand. No additional ID is required.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes – just forward them your order confirmation email. They’ll need the order number to collect.
What if my order isn’t ready when I arrive?
If it’s not ready within 30 minutes, please return to the collection desk or call us on 0161 485 2450 for an update.
