Standard Carriage
Place your order by 7 PM (Mon–Fri) and we’ll ship it same-day from our UK warehouse. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £100 (ex. VAT); otherwise, a flat fee of £6 applies.
Economy Carriage
Ideal for non-urgent deliveries—your package will arrive within 2–3 working days. Spend over £100 (ex. VAT) for complimentary postage, or just £3.99 on smaller orders.
Click & Collect
Shop online and pick up directly from Bentley Secure Trade Counter—no fees, no wait. Select “Click & Collect – Bentley Secure Branch” at checkout, check real-time stock availability, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Palletised Delivery
Large, heavy, or bulky items? We’ll dispatch them on a pallet via our specialist freight partners. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, or call us for a bespoke quote.
Order Tracking
FedEx deliveries come with end-to-end tracking—simply register your mobile number and email when you place your order to receive real-time shipping updates. If you haven’t yet enrolled, just provide your FedEx account number, mobile number, and email address, and we’ll set up tracking on your behalf.
